The “Ancho Hollaback Girl” Burrito

This week's special starts with a steamed jalapeno cheddar tortilla, we add a hefty scoop of cilantro-lime rice, and cumin black beans. Next, we add your choice of protein, ancho roasted potatoes, grilled Spanish onions, and flame-roasted green chiles. We finish this one off by smothering it in pepper jack queso and serve it up with our house-fried tortilla chips!
