This week's burger feature starts on a toasted sesame seed bun layered with leaf lettuce and savory esquites. Next, we add a black Angus patty, melted pepper jack cheese, applewood bacon, and caramelized pineapple. This one gets topped with crunchy onion straws and a house-made candied jalapeño BBQ aioli.
