"Partridge in a Pear Tree" Burger

This week's burger begins on a toasted ciabatta bun with baby arugula. We add a black Angus beef patty, applewood bacon, and pickled jalapenos. This one is finished off with house-made spiced pear butter and a chive-garlic goat cheese. Served with house-fried tortilla chips!
