"Guac Shop” Burger

This week's Wednesday burger feature begins with a toasted black-and-white sesame bun, shredded leaf lettuce, and fresh diced Roma tomatoes. We add a taco-seasoned black Angus beef patty, melted pepper jack cheese, and roasted fajita bell peppers. This one is finished off with pickled red onions and house-made guasacaca (smooth guacamole). Served with house-fried tortilla chips.
