"Split the Difference” Burger

This week’s Wednesday feature burger begins on a split top brioche bun with leaf lettuce, sliced Roma tomatoes, and dill pickles. We add a black Angus beef patty, melted gruyere cheese, applewood bacon, thin-sliced grilled onions, and grilled cremini mushrooms. This one is finished off with house-made garlic aioli and served with house-fried tortilla chips.
