“You Had me at Slaw” Burger
This week’s burger feature starts on a golden toasted brioche bun with a creamy dill pickle ranch coleslaw. Next, we add a black Angus beef patty with melted sharp white cheddar cheese and applewood smoked bacon. We finish it off with a crispy (and juicy) fried green tomato (from Ornery Acres Farms in Bruceton Mills) and our house-made Cajun mayonnaise. Served with house fried tortilla chips!
