“Shrimp to My Lou” Burger
This week's special begins on a golden toasted brioche bun with crunchy lettuce. We add a black Angus beef patty with melted Oaxaca cheese, grilled poblanos, and chimichurri-marinated shrimp. This one is finished off with pickled red onions and aji amarillo mayo (Aji Amarillo is a Peruvian pepper). Served with house-fried tortilla chips!
