"Day After Tomorrow" Burger

This week’s burger begins on a toasted split-top bun with fresh lettuce. We add a black Angus beef patty, melted gruyere cheese, applewood bacon, grilled mushrooms, and caramelized onions. This one is finished off with spicy cherry peppers and basil mayo and served with house-fried tortilla chips!
