The “Besto!” Burger

This week’s burger starts on a golden toasted brioche with fresh spinach and sliced Roma tomatoes. Next, we add a black Angus beef patty, applewood bacon, and caramelized onions. We finish this off with tangy pepperoncinis, nutty Asiago cheese, and pesto mayonnaise. Served with house-fried tortilla chips.
