"Good Golly, Miss Dolly” Burger

This week's Wednesday burger goes out to one of our favorites; we'll miss you, Dolly! This one begins on a toasted artisan bun with leaf lettuce and beefsteak tomato. We add a black Angus beef patty, smoked Gouda, pickled red onions, and our house-made creamy Chipotle Dijon. Served with house-fried tortilla chips!
