The “Today was a Gouda Day Burger

This week's Wednesday burger feature starts on a toasted pretzel bun with fresh leaf lettuce. We add a black Angus beef patty, applewood smoked bacon, blistered poblano peppers, and grilled Spanish onion. We finish this one off with smoked gouda queso, jalapeno cheddar tortilla strips, and serve it up with house-fried tortilla chips!
