"I’m just a Po’ Boy, I need no shrympathy" Burger

This week’s “burger” starts on a traditional French roll slathered in herbaceous onion marmalade, loaded with lettuce and tomato. Next, we add house-made garlicky Cajun pickles and buttermilk fried shrimp. This one is finished with a classic New Orleans style remoulade and served with house fried tortilla chips.
