The “Gravy Train” Burger


This week's burger starts on garlic butter-grilled Texas toast with sharp cheddar melted on each side. We add baby spinach, a black Angus beef patty, applewood bacon, and grilled Spanish onions. We finish this one off with house-made tomato gravy (imagine tomato soup, but better!) and serve it with house-fried tortilla chips
