The Sammy Bro-schetta “Burger”

Bear your buns! This week, for our Burger Wednesday, we are instead featuring a hoagie-style chicken "samwich" with some of your favorite bruschetta flavors. Grilled chicken with melted provolone in a hoagie roll with sundried tomato and pesto mayo, topped with a salad mix of cherry tomatoes, light onion, sweet-hot cherry peppers, and basil tossed in balsamic and olive oil. This one is served up with chips and a side of queso!
