"Gorg Michael” Burger

This week's Wednesday burger feature begins with a toasted sesame bun, leaf lettuce, and sliced Roma tomatoes. We add a black Angus beef patty, gorgonzola cheese, applewood bacon, and thin-sliced red onion. We finish this one off with candied jalapeños, buffalo mayo, and serve it with house-fried tortilla chips.
