"Skip to Peru" Burger
This week’s burger starts on a toasted, everything-seasoned bun with leaf lettuce and fresh-sliced tomato. We add a black Angus beef patty, grilled jalapeños, and Peruvian salsa criolla (Peruvian-style red onions). We finish this one off with Peruvian white sauce, smashed avocado, and serve it with house-fried tortilla chips.
