Starting with golden, toasted Belgian waffles, accompanied by tangy dill pickles, vinegar slaw, and a creamy maple mustard sauce. The star of the show is a buttermilk-brined chicken thigh that is seasoned to perfection and fried to a perfect golden brown. Served with house-fried tortilla chips.
