"Smothered & Covered” Burger

This week’s Wednesday featured burger begins on a toasted pretzel bun with leaf lettuce. We add a black Angus beef patty, roasted red peppers, blistered green Chiles, and applewood bacon. We finish this off with a ladle of our house-made red pepper queso, pickled jalapeños, Cajun-dusted tortilla strips, and serve it with house-fried tortilla chips to scoop all that queso up with!
