If you’re like most of us, this weekend’s Super Bowl has you saying “ugh” when looking at the two teams playing. Taking inspiration from Philadelphia’s best sandwich, this week’s Burger starts out on a garlic toasted 8” Amoroso hoagie roll straight from Philly itself! Next, we pile on a half-pound of thinly shaved ribeye steak from Jubilee Hilltop Ranch, and some grilled onions. This one gets brought together with the undisputed duct tape of food: Cheese. Melty Cooper Sharp American cheese gets chopped into the meat and onions to give this sandwich the tush-push it needs to get into the endzone!
