“Goat Rodeo” Burger

This week's burger feature starts on a brioche bun with peppery arugula. Next, we add a black Angus beef patty, applewood bacon, and caramelized onions. We add tangy cranberry mayo, peppadew peppers, and rosemary whipped goat cheese (from Goat Rodeo Farms). Served with house-fried tortilla chips!
