The “Amerigo Vespucci” Burrito

This week's special is an ode to the Downtown classic "Pizzadilla"!

Starting on a flour tortilla, we add melty mozzarella, cilantro-lime rice, and fresh spinach. Next, we add grilled Italian sausage, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, and house pesto. We roll it up and top it with our own pizza sauce, pickled banana peppers, and grated parmesan!
