The “Black and Yellow” Burrito

This week’s special is a play on one of our favorite menu items, the Camarones Diaz tacos, as a burrito- a staff favorite. We start this one off on a flour tortilla with melted smoked gouda, sriracha refried beans, and cilantro-lime rice. We add your choice of protein with grilled Spanish onions, house-pickled jalapeños, and our hot honey inside. We finish this one off with our green goddess dressing and green onions on top! Served with house-fried tortilla chips.
