“Shredder” Burrito

This week's special begins on a sundried tomato tortilla with melted Monterey Jack cheese, cilantro-lime rice, savory chile pinto beans, and our house-made coleslaw inside. We add shredded citrus-braised pork, grilled jalapenos, and grilled Spanish onions. We top this one off with peach-chipotle crema and serve it with house-fried tortilla chips!
