This week’s special is a real stinger! We start with a steamed sun-dried tomato tortilla, loaded with cilantro-lime rice, smoky black beans, and our famous red pepper queso. Next, we add your choice of protein, tangy pickled jalapenos, diced onions, roasted garlic potatoes, and flame-roasted corn. This one gets rolled up and topped with a scorpion pepper-infused crema.
