This week's specials begin on a spinach tortilla with cilantro-lime rice and savory black beans. We add your choice of protein (recommended with shrimp), grilled broccoli, chili-roasted edamame, and ginger-roasted carrots. We finish this one off with a Japanese-inspired carrot-ginger dressing, fresh green onions, and serve it with house-fried tortilla chips!
