“Cajun Blues” Burrito

This week’s special begins on a jalapeño cheddar tortilla with melted smoked Gouda, cilantro-lime rice, and maple-style baked beans. We add smoked kielbasa, flame-roasted corn, tricolor roasted bell peppers, and grilled mushrooms. We finish it off with Creole mustard, served with house-fried tortilla chips and roasted chipotle salsa.
