The “MMMBop” Burrito

This week's featured special begins on a sundried tomato tortilla with melted smoked cheddar, cilantro-lime rice, and our southwestern coleslaw (inside). We add your choice of protein with grilled bell peppers, flame-roasted corn, and grilled mushrooms. We finish this off with tangy pickled red onions and sweet-heat hot honey barbecue sauce. Served with house-fried tortilla chips!
