The “Presto Pesto!” Burrito

This week's special begins with a steamed garlic-pesto tortilla, accompanied by cilantro lime rice and creamy sundried tomato white beans. We add fresh spinach, blistered grape tomatoes, roasted zucchini, our rosemary roasted potatoes, and your choice of protein. We finish this one off with an asiago-parmesan blend and southwest-style pesto. Served with house-fried tortilla chips!
