“Chief Beef” Burrito

This week's special starts out on a steamed jalapeno cheddar tortilla, layered with cilantro lime rice, and sriracha refried beans. Next, we add chipotle braised beef, grilled pineapple, blistered jalapenos, and flame-roasted corn. We finish this one off with hatch chile queso and serve it with our house-fried tortilla chips.
