“Crank that Heat Up!” Burrito

This week's special starts with a steamed flour tortilla, smeared with sriracha refried beans and cilantro-lime rice. We add flavorful chorizo sausage (from Holiday Sausage), grilled jalapenos, flame-roasted corn, and grilled Spanish onions. We finish this one off by smothering it in creamy pepper-jack queso and top it with jalapeno-cheddar tortilla strips! Served with our house-fried chips to savour all that queso.
