The “Stay Golden Chicken Boy” Burrito

This week's special starts on a steamed flour tortilla with a hefty scoop of cilantro-lime rice, barbecue baked beans, and bleu cheese. Next, we add barbecue pulled chicken thighs, grilled Spanish onions, and fried golden potatoes. This one is finished off with tangy Carolina gold barbecue sauce and crunchy blue corn tortilla chips. Served with house-fried blue and gold tortilla chips!
