"Shrimpin' Ain't Easy"
This week's special starts on a crispy grilled tortilla loaded up with Monterey Jack cheese and crumbles of queso fresco. Then we add smoky black beans, sweet corn and citrus grilled shrimp. This one gets finished with sour cream and a roasted tomato & habanero sauce. Served with a side of cilantro lime rice, refried beans and house fried chips.
