This week's special starts with a steamed flour tortilla
loaded up with our cilantro lime rice, slivered poblano peppers,
ground beef from Jubilee Hilltop Ranch, and roasted salsa roja.
Then we roll it up and top it with queso fresco, diced yellow
onions, and fresh parsley. This one gets finished with house
made black bean chorizo sauce and sour cream. Served with chips!
